Visual Identity System

Kimbell Museum, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is dedicated to collecting masterpieces that not only epitomize their periods and movements but also touch individual high points of aesthetic beauty and historical importances. The museum has a unique shape which is consisted of six concrete arches with plexiglass on top that allows natural lights to enter, providing a perfect, subtly fluctuating illumination for the works of art.

The museum building and the environment are the biggest inspirations for new identity systems which reflects a careful mind of highlighting every pieces of work to shine as its own beauty. I wanted to deliver the unique atmosphere that the museum has with a clear voice throughout the process.
